The Gathering 2023: When does it start and finish?
The Gathering 2023 is just weeks away. You’ll need to make sure you’re ready for the entire weekend, and here’s all you need about the start and finish.
You will not want to miss out on anything when it comes to Sasnak City events. There is always something going on, whether it’s fun from the panel or various pop-up panels that happen throughout.
There is a schedule set. While the staff make sure you get everything you have purchased or is included in your tier, you still need to make sure you’re around for the timings. That means knowing when The Gathering 2023 starts and when it finishes.
The Gathering 2023 start time
There are things that happen on the Thursday night. This is registration and the welcome party. It’s best to check the Attendees Facebook group for the exact timings of the registration process to pick up your swag bag and tickets.
All the official events take place on the Friday. In a lot of cases now, the top two tiers are welcomed early to get their solo photos and potentially some autographs. Everyone else is asked not to arrive until a little later. Don’t worry; you won’t miss anything with the cast.
The first panel is around 3 p.m. or 4 p.m. local. This will be announced closer to the time when the schedule has been set up. This is what you need to be around for to kick everything off.
After this, timings can change. Look at the schedule and keep an eye out for all announcements about the event.
The Gathering 2023 finish time
Then it comes to the end. You’ll want to know when it finishes for your travel arrangements. I always try to fly on the Monday to make sure I’m there for everything that happens on the Sunday.
This is usually catch-up day for photos and autographs. There are a few panels that happen throughout the day, too. However, it’s all about the closing panel.
This usually takes place around 3 p.m. or 4 p.m. The aim is to be out of the museum by 6 p.m. at the latest, but very few people stick around once the last panel is done. The focus is on getting back to hotels and figuring out what to do for the evening if you’re not traveling.
