Foreshadowing in the Outlander chapter

The chapter certainly sets up the plot to come. It’s clear that the Revolutionary War is going to reach the Ridge. There is no way that anyone can remain neutral in all this. You’re either on the side of the Crown or the Rebels. And it’s clear that Jamie has people living on his land that he can’t trust.

Adapting the Go Tell the Bees That I Am Gone chapter

The more I remember about this story, I do think it could be used in the TV series. There could be a way to connect this to other parts of the Revolutionary War story. It could also just be for an episode to create some sort of tension on the Ridge with everyone back. The storyline is just too big to be completely overlooked, and there is a good amount of drama that could happen.
