Two fandoms come together with the latest guest added to The Kingdom 2023 lineup. Rod Hallett will join in with the fun at The Last Kingdom event.

A great show to watch during Droughtlander is The Last Kingdom. The series itself came to an end with a movie on Netflix earlier this year. And there is a familiar face in the fifth season and the movie for all Outlander fans.

Rod Hallett plays Constantin, King of Scotland in the series. Outlander fans will know him more recently as Benedict Arnold. Is the latest episode the last we’ve seen of the Patriot traitor? We’ll have to wait and see, but at least fans will get to meet him in person.

Rod Hallett joins The Kingdom 2023 guest list

As with all conventions, there are always changes to the guest list that can happen. That is the case with Sasnak City events, and we have all faced some disappointing circumstances as actors land other projects. Filming will always come first.

The Last Kingdom fans were disappointed to learn that Emily Cox, who played Brida in the series, wouldn’t be able to make it after all. However, Thea Sofie Loch Næss, who played Skade, will be there.

Now we have a ninth guest joining the lineup. Rod Hallett is confirmed as a guest at the event.

There is still time to get some tickets for the event. While the higher tiers sold out pretty quickly, there are still tickets in some of the lower tiers, and this is an event that you won’t want to miss out on.

The event is going to be very similar to The Gathering, the Outlander event also run by Sasnak City. There is an event on Friday night for the highest of tickets, and there is an event on Saturday night for the second tier (and it’s open to others). There are meet and greets, autographs, photo ops, and much more.

Destiny is all!
