William continues to search for answers in Outlander Book 9, Chapter 7

For the first time in Outlander Book 9, we get to see where William is now. He continues his mission to get answers about Ben and runs into a familiar face.

This chapter sees him run into Denys Randall again. You may remember him as Denys Randall-Isaacs, but he dropped the name Isaacs after the death of his stepfather. It also seems like we can trust him a little more.

The two men are looking for answers about different people. They decide to send word to each other if they do hear about what the other is looking for. It’s a great partnership, and I think it’s clear that the two will cross paths again.

I don’t notice too much in the way of foreshadowing, though. There is a tiny bit when it comes to William and Lord John Grey. I’ll get into that in the foreshadowing section.

What about the adaptation? I can’t tell if this chapter will be used. I have a feeling that it will. I’ll get to that in the adaptation section.

Let’s dive into Go Tell the Bees That I Am Gone Chapter 7.
