Love Again Blu-ray review: What you’ll get with the release

We love to support the Outlander actors in other projects that they have. Sam Heughan has had a lot this year. His movie Love Again came out in May, and now you can own it on DVD and Blu-ray.

We got a review copy of the Blu-ray, which is a chance to bring a review so you can see what you get for your money. Of course, you’ll get the movie, which is a great rom-com starring Sam Heughan and Priyanka Chopra Jonas. Does it change anything about what you usually see in rom-coms? Absolutely not, but that doesn’t stop the story from being a fun little trip about grief and moving on.

What comes with the Love Again Blu-ray

So, what else do you get other than the movie? Are there any special features? You betcha!

There is a special featurette called Finding Love Again. This featurette gives director, James C. Strouse, and the cast a chance to talk about the story and the characters. Celine Dion isn’t part of the featurette, but the cast members do talk about her involvement in the project. It’s a 9-minute featurette!

There are also six deleted scenes as some bonus footage. It’s a shame that some of the deleted scenes don’t manage to make it into the movie, but you will be able to tell why they were chosen to be cut as you watch the movie and then see the deleted scenes.

The quality of the audio and picture is what you would expect from a Blu-ray. Everything is clear, but there are subtitles in English, French, and Spanish if you find that you need them. If you get the Canadian Blu-ray, you’ll also get the French language version.

Yes, the Blu-ray copy comes with a Digital code. I love combo packs as it means I can watch in the comfort of my own home and on the go at the same time.
