Outlander is available to stream on Netflix, but it takes time for seasons to be available. When will we see Outlander Season 7A come to Netflix?
There we have it. The first eight episodes of Outlander Season 7 are now available to stream on STARZ. This is not the end of the season, though. There are still eight more episodes to come.
It’s this split season that has us curious about how the arrival on Netflix will work. We know the episodes will likely head to Netflix at some point in the future. After all, the series has seen a surge in new viewership thanks to it landing on Netflix a few years ago. Why would STARZ want to remove it, as long as it can keep some seasons exclusive to its own streamer?
Will Outlander Season 7A arrive on Netflix soon?
The question is how this split season is going to work. We usually see the full seasons arrive on Netflix two years after the finales air. The last time we have a split season like this was in Season 1, and Netflix didn’t have its deal with STARZ at the time. Seasons 1 and 2 arrived together a long time after their respective finales aired.
It is possible that Netflix will get the first half of the season in two years’ time. That would suggest an Aug. 11, 2025 arrival date.
There is also a chance that Netflix will have to wait for the full season to air. We’re not expecting the second half of the season until 2024. It could be as early as February to mark six months from when the Season 7A finale aired. There are also rumors that it could be in April or May. Nothing is set in stone just yet.
If Netflix has to wait, don’t expect the season until sometime in 2026. That is a long wait, but the episodes are always on STARZ to watch.
