Outlander Season 7, Episode 6 ratings: Holding steady for the week
Claire was separated from Jamie yet again in Outlander Season 7, Episode 6. What did the live ratings look like for the episode?
Sometimes, you see Claire do something and you wonder “again?” This is a woman who doesn’t learn from her mistakes. I will say that this is pretty realistic, though. I know a lot of people in life who don’t seem to learn from any of the mistakes they’ve made in the past. They think “this time will be different.”
Well, it wasn’t different for Claire. She ended up captured by the British, leading to Jamie and Young Ian saving her yet again. This time, Claire ran into William, giving him also a chance to save her as well as allow Young Ian to leave Fort Ticonderoga.
In the 20th century, we got a chance to see Roger figure out what he wanted to do with his life. While we knew that was going to be short-lived, it was so great to hear Roger sing again.
Outlander Season 7, Episode 6 live ratings
What did the live ratings look like? Well, they actually held steady from the previous episode. The demo was exactly the same, while the total audience went up by just 2%. It’s pretty good for a show.
This makes it clear that the fanbase is still there. While the ratings are much lower than in the past, we have to remember that these are just the live ratings when the episode airs at 8 p.m. on Fridays on the STARZ linear channel. The ratings don’t include those who watch on the app at other times. The good news is STARZ does count those people with their own system.
I think what the steady ratings also show is that people are interested in the other characters. We got to see more of William and Young Ian. They are two side characters who are slowly becoming much more important to the story, and the viewers are there for them.
