Claire ended up captured by the British. Again! Here’s a look at Claire Fraser’s best moments from Outlander Season 7, Episode 6.

Can Claire ever not be captured by the British? Every couple of episodes, it seems like Jamie and Young Ian need to save her yet again. This time, it didn’t take too long, and the capture meant she did run into a couple of familiar faces.

While Claire was captured, she made sure prisoners were looked after. She also got the chance to meet William again, which meant sharing some good things about him with Jamie. It’s time to look back at Claire’s best moments from Outlander Season 7, Episode 6 in the order that they happened.

Claire’s best moments from Outlander Season 7, Episode 6

Trying to help Mrs. Raven

Claire knew that Mrs. Raven was struggling mentally. That was clear the moment we met her at Fort Ticonderoga the previous episode. So, when Claire found out that Mrs. Raven had run off after hearing the sounds of Indians, she went off in search for her. This wasn’t just for the protection of everyone else, but for Mrs. Raven’s safety.

Sadly, it was in vain. Mrs. Raven refused to be taken by anyone. Just like in the book, she suddenly shoots herself in front of Claire.

Fighting for supplies for the prisoners

Once she’s captured by the British, Claire is thrown into a pig pen with the rest of the prisoners. They’re not viewed as prisoners of war but as traitors, and that’s the way they’re treated. Claire isn’t going to stand for this, though.

She stands up to the private who is watching over the prisoners making it clear that they need water. She then manages to use her connection to William to get other supplies. It’s not the food she needs, but it’s a start. You have to laugh at the way William describes her to the other officer.

Easing Walter to rest

Claire knows there is nothing that can be done for Walter. She tries, but it’s going to be in vain. So, she decides to ease him off to his eternal rest.

William had made sure Claire had some brandy. Claire uses that to give Walter some sort of ease for his pain. She also talks to him about his love of dancing and his wife so that he’s able to die in peace. We’ve seen this side of Claire before, and it’s so good to see it again.
