Outlander Season 7 has done a great job of combining some stories. We’re getting the Written in My Own Heart’s Blood storylines in the 20th-century storyline, but we’re still on An Echo in the Bone storylines when it comes to the 18th century.
Outlander Season 7, Episode 7 length
This is a standard length when it comes to Outlander episodes. Titled “A Practical Guide for Time-Travelers,” the episode will take up 60 minutes. This is the case for the 8 p.m. ET/PT showing of the episode and then the showing later on at night on the linear channel.
The episode will pick up off the back of some of the reveals at the end of the previous episode. We’ll get to find out why Buck MacKenzie is in the 20th century. Roger was not happy to see the man, but he may turn out to be not the threat that he once was. Is it possible that he has learned from his mistakes? Is he willing to apologize to Roger for everything that happened, and will he explain how he ended up in the 20th century?
In the 18th century, there’s a battle to happen. We get to see Jamie and William on the battlefield in the trailer for the episode, making it clear that the one thing Jamie didn’t want to happen is going to happen. Will they be forced to fight each other? What about this Simon Fraser who is a second cousin of Jamie?
