Discussing more time travel theories
Roger wants to figure out more behind the science of time travel. Bree shares that there was some sort of energy field in the tunnels, and the two theorize what that could mean. Is it a connection to other stones?
This is something Roger is excited about. He can’t wait to put it in his guide. However, he doesn’t have the time to put anything together. He is late for the class that he’s agreed to teach. This is where Roger finds his passion.
Roger teaches Gaelic
After talking to the headmaster and sharing his passion for Gaelic and Scottish history, the headmaster invites Roger to teach Gaelic at the school. They have an evening class, and Roger is immediately into the idea.
I love seeing his face light up. It’s clear that this is something Roger wants to do, and he agrees to work with the headmaster on a regular class schedule for others who want to learn. This is how to keep history alive, and it’s clear adults and children loved it.
It also opened up the door for more from Rob Cameron, who was there with his nephew. How did Rob end up with Roger’s book about time travel?
Finding out who the nuckelavee is
For the last few episodes, there have been questions about this nuckelavee. Jemmy and Mandy have seen him, and now it’s time for Roger to get some answers. When he sees a man looking through the window, Roger manages to catch up to him to find out who he is.
Roger stops in his tracks when he sees the man, though. Then, he punches the man and the episode stops there. It’s clear that Roger knows him, and based on the way he’s dressed, this is someone from the past. If you’ve read the books, you know exactly who he is. The way he’s dressed and that hair will also give things away. We’ve all met him before, but with a different face as a different actor played him.
