Did you love the road trip around Scotland? The trailer for Men in Kilts Season 2 makes it clear we’ll love a road trip around New Zealand.

Sam Heughan and Graham McTavish are back on another road trip. This time, they’re heading Down Under. They went to New Zealand, which is where McTavish now lives after going to the country to film The Hobbit.

New Zealand has a lot of influences from Scotland, so it’s not surprising that this is the next place on the list. There are a lot of things to do and see, and the new trailer gives us a look at some of them. What will the two Outlander actors get up to?

We’ll let you take a look at the trailer first before we get into some of the details:

There are a lot of extreme sports on the islands…that’s islands, plural, Sam! Like Hawaii, New Zealand is made up of multiple islands.

The two will go zip-lining, kayaking, in a helicopter ride, and much more. They certainly aren’t the first two to get on top of that snowy mountain, which I’m sure we’ll hear a lot more about in the series, but they possibly are the first people in kilts. Can New Zealand confirm for them?

These two clearly get along extremely well. To do a road trip in such confined circumstances for a second time, they need to get along. Their personalities aren’t quite the same, but match enough to take us on an experience like no other.

The good news is we don’t have much longer left to wait for the season. It arrives on Friday, Aug. 11 straight after the Outlander Season 7A finale on STARZ. It will then air on Fridays at 9:30 p.m. ET/PT on STARZ.
