Outlander Season 7, Episode 4 images: Take a look inside the episode

Of course promos and synopses always help give us some clues as to what we can expect in new episodes of Outlander. And many times, the promotional images do just the same, and sometimes even more. And that’s the case for Outlander Season 7, Episode 4.

The promo and synopsis for episode 4, “A Most Uncomfortable Woman,” reveals that the Frasers are back in Wilmington and may be pulled into the war, Tom Christie pops up again, Bree and Roger might be facing some challenges in their time, and a very quick glimpse of one William Ransom. However, we didn’t get a look at the fact that Young Ian and William seem to cross paths and we’ll be introduced to new characters The Hunters for the very first time.

The promotional images mostly focus on William, and we’re all here for it! He certainly looks dapper in his Red Coat, ever the loyal soldier. The first image looks like he’s getting his orders for the “covert mission” he’s been assigned, per the synopsis. And while he looks fine and refined in these images, it seems like Jamie’s secret son is going to find himself in some trouble later on.

Poor guy does not seem to be doing too well. It looks like he’s been injured somehow and is barely holding on. What could have possibly happened? Is there someone who will be coming to his rescue. Perhaps it’s a certain cousin. Hmm.

This next image of Young Ian could be misleading, trying to make us think he’s the one who finds William. Though we do know that Jamie, Claire, and Ian are traveling through the forests to make their way back to Scotland. Does this mean Jamie will also see his son? Plus, both Ian and William are interacting with Rachel Hunter, so this gives us a big hint that they do indeed cross paths and they’ll meet! How crazy is it that William will be speaking with his cousin, but he doesn’t even know they’re family? Plus, the last couple of images show Jamie and Claire sitting in a tavern, probably in Wilmington.
