We learn what multiple people plan to do in Outlander Book 8, Chapter 113. There is a lot of talk about going back to the Ridge.

The conversations involve a lot of characters. We learn more about what’s going on with the Greys, which involves Young Ian and Rachel. Then there are Marsali and Fergus, who need to figure out what they’re doing next.

Of course, the focus is on Claire and Jamie. The two of them are making their plans to get back to Fraser’s Ridge. It’s about time, but will it go all that smoothly?

This chapter doesn’t foreshadow too much. It’s all about plot development for the most part. However, it does bring up some baby talk.

As for using it in the adaptation process, I think this is going to depend on just how much time there is to have this storyline. Part of me doesn’t think it will be used, and I’ll get to why that is in the adaptation section.
