Is Jenny Fraser Murray in Outlander Season 7A?

We know Jenny Fraser Murray is coming back in Outlander Season 7, and she’ll have a new face. Will we meet her in Outlander Season 7A?

As we inch closer and closer to the Outlander Season 7 premiere, we’re looking at who will be back. We know that Jenny and Ian Murray will return at some point in the season, but there is a change. Laura Donnelly isn’t returning as Jenny. Instead, Kristen Atherton is taking on the role.

Now eyes are on when that will be. We don’t want to delve into the spoilers from the books, so we’re looking at the promotional material to see when some of our favorite characters could return. After all, we’re excited to see what Atherton brings to the role.

Will Jenny be in Outlander Season 7A?

I don’t expect to see Jenny return in the first half of the season. I suspect that we’ll see Jenny and Ian come into the story in the episodes that drop in 2024.

This is based on the trailer for the season. The two characters weren’t spotted at all. We didn’t even get a glimpse of Lallybroch, which is where Ian and Jenny are right now. The first half of the season seems to take place only in the colonies as we see the Revolutionary War pick up. However, there have been photos from filming that show Claire, Jamie, and Young Ian back in Scotland, so Jenny is back at some point.

Jenny also wasn’t focused on in the promotional photos. If she was going to be in the story, we’d be sure to see her focused on, especially with a new actress taking over. STARZ will want to give us something to work with to promote things.

Outlander Season 7A will premiere on Friday, June 16 on STARZ.
