Outlander Season 7A age rating: Is the series suitable for kids?
The Outlander Season 7A premiere will be here before you know it. Episodes air on Fridays this time. Can you watch with the kids around?
It’s almost time for the Outlander Season 7 premiere. The first eight episodes will air this summer, starting on Friday, June 16. Yes, this is a series that will air Fridays this season, but don’t let that worry you.
The only downside is that if you watch live on the linear network, you’ll need to think about the timing. There are chances the kids are still up. So, you need to know if this is a series suitable for them.
C’mon, you already know it’s not! You’ve seen the first six seasons, right? But, let’s get into the age rating for the newbies out there.
Outlander Season 7A age rating
This series is rated TV-MA. Just from watching the first couple of episodes, you’ll know why. This is not a series that holds back when it comes to the romantic scenes. Okay, it does hold back a little now as the world of TV and sex scene coordination changes, but there are still plenty of these moments in the show.
On top of that is the language and the violence. Now this is where the show doesn’t really hold back, and it won’t in Outlander Season 7. We know the first set of episodes will have the Siege of Fort Ticonderoga. There will be deaths, blood, and mayhem.
So, if you were planning on watching while the kids were still up, you’ll want to hold off a little while. Let them get to bed and then you get to watch it uninterrupted.
By the way, I’m pretty lax on what my kids are allowed to watch compared to my friends. They still don’t get to watch this show!
