Bree and the children go through the stones again in Outlander Book 8, Chapter 106

It’s time for Brianna and the children to head to Roger in Outlander Book 8, Chapter 106. The three prepare to travel through the stones, but it’s not an easy journey.

Brianna is understandably nervous. She knows the dangers of time travel, and she is worried that her two children will end up separated from her and stuck in another time. There are all sorts of things that could go wrong.

However, they can’t stay in the 20th century. Cameron is after them for Jemmy, so they need to go through the stones now. It seems like Cameron doesn’t have the time travel gene, so he can’t follow them. But can he?

This chapter doesn’t foreshadow all that much. It’s more about plot development, and I’ll get to that in the foreshadowing section.

I fully expect to see this chapter used in the TV series. I’ll get to my thoughts about that in the adaptation section of this post.

Let’s dive into Written in My Own Heart’s Blood Chapter 106.
