Is Fergus in Outlander Season 7A?
We would love to see what’s next for Fergus Fraser in Outlander Season 7A. Will he be in this season? Was Season 6 the last we saw of him?
During Outlander Season 6, we saw Fergus go through some major changes in his life. After everything that happened to Marsali, he struggled to deal with the failure that he was. It all led to him almost taking his own life until Jamie came across him.
After that, Jamie found a way for Fergus to feel like he was needed and they talked about when they ran the print shop together. Aunt Jocasta came in with that one, getting the money together for Fergus to open his own print shop in Wilmington.
Will Fergus be in Outlander Season 7A?
Now we want to see what comes next for the character. Will we get to see Fergus running the print shop? In the books, we do, but that doesn’t mean the series is going to show it. The question is if there’s enough time. Out of all the characters, Fergus has been the most underutilized one, and it’s a shame. Season 7 could be a chance to rectify that.
However, it doesn’t look like Fergus is going to be in the story. He wasn’t in the trailer for Outlander Season 7A, which does have us concerned. The focus is on Jamie’s biological son, William, as we get to see him as a commissioned officer in the British Army. We’ll also get to meet the Hunters. Adding more characters to the storyline means that some of the already established characters are pushed back a little.
This trailer was only for the first eight episodes of the season, though. There are another eight episodes in Season 7 and then 10 episodes in Outlander Season 8. It opens the door for Fergus at least one more time before the series comes to an end.
