Outlander Book Club: Written in My Own Heart’s Blood Chapter 51 breakdown
We get back to John with the militia in Outlander Book 8, Chapter 51
John comes across someone who could get him in a lot of trouble in Outlander Book 8, Chapter 51. Could he end up losing his life?
We catch up with where Lord John Grey currently is. He’s decided to remain with the militia for the time being. It is the safest for him, so I can’t really blame him. He also thinks about whether anyone he knows will be in the battle to come, and that leads to his thoughts about Hal.
Well, it turns out that someone who knows him does turn up. This could cause a lot of problems for John, but we also know the boy who sees him very well. We also get to see more of John’s abilities to think of lies on the spot.
The chapter includes more plot development than anything else. I’ll get to my thoughts on that in the foreshadowing section.
Will this be adapted? I can’t really say for certain, but I’m on the fence about it. I’ll get to my thoughts on that in the adaptation section for this post.
Let’s dive into Written in My Own Heart’s Blood Chapter 51.
