Just the Outlander chapter

The chapter starts with Jemmy forcing his way into the room that he was going into at the end of his previous chapter. There is someone in there, but it’s not Rob Cameron. It’s the night security, Mr. MacLeod.

This is a good thing. Mr. MacLeod is a good guy and listens to Jemmy, realizing that Jem is Bree’s son. The only thing is Jem can’t explain why Rob would lock him up in the tunnels. Before Jem and MacLeod can talk anymore, someone grabs Jemmy. Fortunately, Jemmy thinks on his feet. He bites the man and runs away.

We then cut to Bree and Mandy. Bree is starting to lose hope of finding her son, but as they get to the turn to the Dam, Mandy says “warm…er.” It’s clear that Jem is there, so Bree speeds up the road. By the time she’s at the plant, there are police there.

Bree runs into the man who was after Jemmy. He is shocked to see her there, and he takes off when the cops show up. All Bree wants is her son, who comes running out to her. He wants to know where Roger is, and that makes sense considering everything that’s going on.
