Claire and John learn Jamie is alive in Outlander Book 7, Chapter 101

Jamie turns up at John’s house in Outlander Book 7, Chapter 101. It’s time for all the secrets to come out.

Before secrets can come out, there are other reveals and there are soldiers after Jamie. Since when doesn’t Jamie have soldiers after him? It turns out that Fergus found Jamie and the soldiers saw Jamie accept something from Fergus. This led to the soldiers after him, and Jamie was not about to stop.

But back to the fact that Jamie is alive. Claire and John are happy to see him, of course. If only it could be all positive. William sees Jamie and figures everything out, while John realizes that Claire is going to tell Jamie everything so he needs to explain first.

This chapter includes a lot of plot development. It’s time for everything to play out, and there are only two chapters of the book left to do that!

I fully expect some of this chapter to be used in the TV series. I’ll get to my thoughts on that in the adaptation section.
