Just the Outlander chapter

We start with just the chapter, which picks up with Ian and Rollo. The two are reunited, but Ian is concerned about Rachel. What’s happened to her? He has no idea that Arch found her, but he is worried for the woman he loves. He knows that Arch would keep that promise of revenge.

Usually, Rollo would be able to sniff out Rachel. He’s just too preoccupied with Ian’s return. He’s excited that his master is back, and it means he’s not the most useful dog in the world. Ian knows that once Rollo is back to his normal self, he’ll be able to help find Rachel.

Ian decides to head to a few places where he might be able to get help. He decides to head to the print shop first. He thinks Fergus and Marsali would at least give Rachel shelter if she needs it, and she’ll know it’s a safe place. He also thinks the children will help him find her once he does get there.

He considers Claire helping him find her too. Little does he know that Rachel is with Claire right now.

However, Ian is conscious of all the soldiers around. He needs to act quickly.
