Is there time to go to the museum during Sasnak City 2022?

Sasnak City 2022 takes place at the National WWI Museum and Memorial. While you’re at the Outlander convention, will you have time to see the museum?

There is a lot going on at Sasnak City 2022. Something I recommend taking the time to do is to visit the National WWI Museum and Memorial. You’re already there, after all. You will have some time available during the event, and while the tickets aren’t included in your convention package, it’s worth heading through for a couple of hours.

Will you have time, though? Here’s how I recommend making this work.

Thursday or Friday are your best days at Sasnak City 2022

You won’t be able to start registration for the event until 4 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 17. This is all done via ticket tier order, so if you’re one of the lower tickets, the registration is a little later. There is a Welcome Party, and you’ll want to make sure you’re there for that, but you will have time available before Thursday evening to get through the museum.

This is probably your best day to do it. However, you will also have some time during the day on Friday.

The Opening Ceremony/Panel on Friday isn’t until 4 p.m. local. If you’re one of the top tiers, you’ll be able to start getting your photo ops at around 1 p.m., but there is a lot of time leading up to that. This is a great chance to head through the museum without feeling like you’re pushed for time.

Once the event gets started, you won’t have much time. The museum closes at 5 p.m. each night, so you won’t have time to get in there after the event on Sunday.

Make time to visit the museum. You will not regret this look at the country’s history and to pay your respects for those who died to fight for freedom.

Sasnak City 2022 takes place Nov. 17 to 20.
