Outlander Season 6 is not coming to Netflix in September 2022
Those who only have STARZ for Outlander will be ready for the episodes to come to Netflix. When will Outlander Season 6 arrive on the streamer?
With so many streaming platforms out there, we can only pay for so many at once. STARZ is a must when it comes to Outlander. At least, that’s the case if you want to watch all six seasons. If you’re happy with the first five for now, then you can get away with Netflix.
Who wants to stop with just the five seasons, though? Getting the sixth season is important. We waited long enough for it! The bad news is Netflix isn’t getting Outlander Season 6 for some time. It definitely isn’t on the list of September 2022 releases.
When will Outlander Season 6 come to Netflix?
It’s a long wait. Netflix brings full seasons two years after the season finale airs. The Season 6 finale only aired on May 1, 2022. That means we’re waiting until May 1, 2024 for the full season to arrive.
Does that mean you need to keep your STARZ subscription? There is a little bit of good news. The season will head to DVD and Digital later this month. It was supposed to be on Tuesday, Sept. 6, but the date has been pushed back by two weeks. At least it’s happening.
With the Digital release, you get to pay once and all episodes will be added to the digital library that you buy through. When you get on DVD, well, you know exactly how that works! There is a Collector’s Edition again with plenty of bonus features that make it worth buying.
We will likely get Outlander Season 7 before Season 6 arrives on Netflix. This is the plan. The aim will be to have a period where two seasons are exclusive to the original home.
