Men in Kilts Season 2 is not coming in August 2022

We know Men in Kilts Season 2 is happening and it will take us to New Zealand. We continue to wait for a release date on STARZ.

There are a few shows that we’ve used to help us get through Droughtlanders. Men in Kilts was one of them as we waited for Outlander Season 6. The series stars Sam Heughan and Graham McTavish and took us around Scotland in eight episodes.

The great news is there is a second season coming. This one is two episodes shorter than the first season, but it will still see Heughan and McTavish together on a road trip. We’ll head around New Zealand, and all we’re waiting for is a release date.

This is where we get some bad news. Men in Kilts Season 2 is not coming to STARZ in August 2022.

When will Men in Kilts Season 2 premiere on STARZ?

How long will we need to wait for the new episodes? It’s not easy to tell just yet. STARZ hasn’t released any information about the season. We don’t even know yet if it is definitely arriving in 2022.

We’re certainly expecting it sometime this year. After all, it makes sense for STARZ to put it on during Droughtlander, and previous reports told us that Outlander Season 7 would premiere in early 2023 at the latest. With Heughan being a fan favorite on Outlander, it makes sense to use another show with him in as a way to get through Droughtlander.

All we know at the moment is that the season is “coming soon.” We’re sure to get some promotional material as soon as a release date is set. We’ll be sure to keep an eye out for anything released about it. Heughan’s Twitter and Instagram are the best places to turn to keep an eye on information.
