Everything about Jocasta is revealed in Outlander Book 6, Chapter 110

The Frasers get Phaedre to Fraser’s Ridge, but it’s not long before Jocasta comes to see them in Outlander Book 6, Chapter 10. It’s time for secrets to come out.

This all starts with Jamie and co. figuring out what to do with Phaedre. They can’t take her to River run. That’s not a safe place for her, so they take her back to Fraser’s Ridge to recover for now. Then they will need to figure out what to do with her and the knowledge she has. They also need to figure out what to do with the information that Jocasta and Ulysses are together.

Jocasta, Duncan, and Ulysses end up visiting, though. It’s time for a lot of secrets to come out, and it’s time to bring Jocasta’s story to a close. After all, River Run has gone and it’s time for everyone to move on.

The chapter hasn’t been used in the series yet. It’s not clear if it will be, and I’ll get to my thoughts on this in the adaptation section.

It doesn’t really foreshadow much that I see. There are still questions about the gold, but they can be answered with whoever took that gold. The chapter is mostly closing the door on some characters.
