Do Claire and Jamie have another baby after Brianna in Outlander?

There are a lot of questions when it comes to the world of Outlander. Those who have read the books time and time again will see small parts of the story that they missed the first time. Then there are questions Diana Gabaldon has answered on social media. What about the newer readers, though?
The TV series has brought new fans to the world of the book series. Some will want the book spoilers so they’re prepared for some events that will happen, and that includes any children Claire and Jamie have.
It doesn’t help that Claire and Jamie take in children on the Ridge. Do they have any children other than Brianna in Outlander?
There are no biological children after Brianna in Outlander
The simple answer is no. Claire and Jamie don’t have any more children after Brianna.
Claire heads through the stones while pregnant with Brianna at the end of the second season/book. She spends 20 years in the 20th century, and she and Frank don’t have any children together. It turns out that Frank can’t have children.
By the time Claire returns to the past, Brianna is grown up. Claire and Jamie need to figure out a way to make their lives work again, and there is a lot going on with the burning of the Edinburgh printshop, the issue with Laoghaire, and the problem of getting Young Ian back from Geillis before she kills him.
However, there are children the two end up taking in of sorts. There is a mention of the Beardsley baby, although that baby is given to one of the families in Brownsville. Then Malva becomes like a daughter to Claire. In A Breath of Snow and Ashes, Claire calls Malva a “daughter of my heart.”
After all that, there’s young girl called Fanny. She grew up in a brothel, and after her sister’s untimely death, she ended up being taken in by the Frasers. They have pretty much adopted her into the family.
We also know Fergus was adopted into the family. This was technically made official in the third book/season, but we know in Jamie’s heart, Fergus was his son.
