The First Lady is certainly a series to check out during Droughtlander. Where can you turn to watch the episodes each week?

If you haven’t already started to watch it, you’ll want to turn to The First Lady to get through some of Droughtlander. The series follows three former First Ladies: Eleanor Roosevelt, Betty Ford, and Michelle Obama played by Gillian Anderson, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Viola Davis respectively.

The series gives us a look at the women behind the powerful men in America. What did they do to help the American people during their times in office? How did they improve health care, livelihoods, and equality for women?

There are eight episodes to the series already, with two more to come. This isn’t billed as a limited series. Instead, it’s billed as an anthology series, which does mean there’s a chance of more stories about other First Ladies.

Stream The First Lady online

Where are you going to stream the series? This is a show that’s on Showtime. This is a premium cable network that has an app, just like STARZ. So, you can watch it live on the channel or you can get the app. It’s up to you!

Showtime is part of the Paramount network. We’ll eventually see Showtime and Paramount+ merge, but for now they’re separate. You can get Showtime via Amazon Channels or you can go to it directly.

The series is not yet available to buy on Digital or on DVD. That’s not surprising with it only just airing on the premium cable network. Just like Outlander, the series will get a Digital and DVD release at a later date. We’re not too sure when that is going to be just yet.
