Is Outlander Season 6 coming to DVD and Blu-ray?

Outlander Season 6 has come to an end on STARZ. Of course, you’ll want to add it to your DVD and Blu-ray collection. Is that going to be possible?

We’re at the end of another season. It was so much shorter than normal, but there were a lot of factors that affected that. The season was still a strong one, pulling a lot from the book, A Breath of Snow and Ashes.

Now you’ll want to rewatch it. The problem is you don’t necessarily want to keep your STARZ subscription running without new episodes of Outlander arriving. So, you’ll be on the lookout for other ways to watch it. One of those is via DVD and Blu-ray.

Is the season going to get the DVD and Blu-ray treatment? Let’s take a look at what to expect.

Outlander Season 6 will come to DVD and Blu-ray

While a lot of streaming services don’t bring their content to DVD and Blu-ray, that’s not the case with STARZ. We see all STARZ Originals eventually get a DVD and Blu-ray release date. That’s because the network isn’t a traditional streaming platform. It’s a premium cable network that happens to have an app.

We have seen all five previous seasons head to DVD and Blu-ray. With that in mind, we’re certainly expecting Outlander Season 6.

We’re expecting the DVD and Blu-ray for sure. We’re also expecting a Collector’s Edition. This usually includes some beautiful physical extras as well as other bonus features. Everything comes in a special case, and there is a limited amount of the Collector’s Edition available.

Of course, a Digital release is also expected. This usually happens at the same time as the DVD release. We don’t have dates for any of them just yet, but we’ll be sure to keep an eye out.
