When Sanditon was canceled, we thought that was the end of it. We’d never know what was next for Charlotte, and whether her love would change his mind. Then PBS found a British partner to work with. We’re not just going to be treated to a second season. Season 3 is also confirmed.

Charlotte is back in the beautiful seaside town of Sanditon. She isn’t coming back with any rings on her fingers. She’s back in search for love, and this time, she is determined to find it. However, she is not going to settle, and there are plenty of suitors around.

The Army arrives in the Sanditon Season 2 premiere

It’s not all about Charlotte’s search for love, though. There is a lot going on in the village, and that includes the arrival of the Army. The arrival is sure to bring some new faces and interesting people.

There are other new arrivals happening, too. One of them is an artist who Georgiana will meet. After all, she needs to search for love too.

We will also see more of Charlotte’s younger sister Alison, who is also looking for love. She’ll quickly gain the attention of two captains in the Army, but which one will she end up choosing? At what point will she be forced to choose instead of allowing herself to have some fun with both of them?
