Outlander Season 6, Episode 2 images: Is that THE funeral happening?
We have images for Outlander Season 6, Episode 2. What can we expect from the episode based on them? Let’s take a look inside.
The new season is already shaping up to bring lots of conflict and drama. We know the Christies will cause problems, and the Browns continue to be a threat. Then there’s the threat of war in the distance. The Revolutionary War is almost here.
But that’s not all. We have internal struggles for multiple characters, especially for Claire and Fergus. It’s going to be important for the series to balance out the drama with the humor. The latter can sometimes end up overlooked.

Based on the images, it does look like we’ll get some humorous moments. There’s an image with Claire, Jamie, and a young boy. He’s dark-haired so we’re going with Germain since Jemmy had blonde hair. However, it is possible that the series has had to switch actors for Jemmy, but why brown-haired? Book readers know that Jemmy has red hair—but then book and show are very different, so let’s not go down that path.
Either way, it looks like they’re in what is going to become the church. Does this mean the hilarious funeral scene is actually going to happen? That will be a treat as I didn’t think it would be included.
We’ll also get a dinner scene. Bree and Roger are on one side of the table with Marsali on the other side. Lizzie is there serving food as she is still the housemaid at the Ridge right now. Will this be a time for Bree to share one of her inventions? Based on the promo, it’s likely to be the point Marsali goes into labor.

The Christies are also still a part of the episode. Tom wants the surgery, and it looks like Claire is going to turn to Malva to be an assistant.
