Outlander Season 5 is not coming to Netflix in February 2022

Fans in the United States are ready to see Outlander Season 5 on Netflix already. That’s not going to happen in February 2022, though.

We are still waiting for Outlander Season 5 coming to Netflix U.S. Yes, the season is on Netflix in other countries, but this is all about the United States. With Season 6 arriving soon, fans want to be able to catch up in one place.

It’s highly unlikely fans will be able to catch up only on Netflix before Season 6. The season isn’t on the list of Netflix releases in February 2022. We’ve double-checked just in case it snuck its way on the list. The only way to watch the season right now is via STARZ. You’ll need STARZ to watch Outlander Season 6 anyway.

Outlander Season 5 release date on Netflix predictions

When will we get to see the season arrive on Netflix? This isn’t confirmed just yet, but we have had a prediction for some time now.

It looks like the Netflix releases are happening two years after the finales air on STARZ. With that in mind, we’re still looking at May 10, 2022 as the release date on Netflix.

This is going to be after the Season 6 finale airs on STARZ, and that makes sense. This is a STARZ series. The premium cable network will want to keep at least one season exclusive to its platform. That’s the reasoning behind the two-year wait. Droughtlander can be long!

Season 6 will premiere on March 6. With eight episodes, it means an end of April finale date, although we’re expecting a week break partway through the season as that’s what STARZ does with the majority of its shows. That means a finale in early May.
