When will Men in Kilts Season 2 air on STARZ?

Men in Kilts Season 2 is officially happening. Now all eyes are on when the new season will air on STARZ. Can we expect it in 2022?

There is some great news about Men in Kilts. After a lot of speculation and waiting, we’ve finally got the confirmation that Men in Kilts Season 2 is going to happen. STARZ has officially renewed the series, and we get a look at where Sam Heughan and Graham McTavish will take us.

They’re heading to New Zealand. That’s not all too surprising considering McTavish’s connection to the country. It’s also a country that has a lot of Scottish culture around it, so it makes sense that the duo will take us around there.

There is some bad news that comes with the renewal. It’s only going to have six episodes instead of eight. This could be linked to the costs of moving the production to New Zealand.

When will Men in Kilts Season 2 premiere on STARZ?

How long are we going to wait for the season? With a shorter season, does that mean we’ll get it sooner rather than later?

There is a chance that we could see the series premiere in 2022. Sam and Graham will need to go on their road trip first. They need to gather all the legends and history they can in one road trip and turn that into a TV series. This is going to take time, but with six half-hour episodes, it’s not going to take as long as something like the production of Outlander.

If the season doesn’t arrive by the end of 2022, it will arrive sometime in early 2023. At least, we suspect it will. We’re sure that some of the work has already started, especially when it comes to planning. Now we’ll be keeping our eyes on when Sam and Graham are in New Zealand to do their road trip.
