For All Mankind Season 3 is not coming to Apple TV+ in December 2021

It’s another month, and we’re still looking for content to get us through Droughtlander. Sadly, For All Mankind Season 3 isn’t going to be an option.

There are a few shows we’re turning to when it comes to getting through Droughtlander. Many of these shows involve someone from Outlander, and For All Mankind is a big one. The Outlander showrunner, Ron D. Moore, is the one behind the creation of the alternate history series.

If you were hoping to use it to get through the last month of 2021, there’s some bad news. We’ve double-checked the list of releases on Apple TV+ next month and For All Mankind Season 3 is not on there.

This is disappointing, but it’s not all that surprising.

For All Mankind Season 3 release date predictions

We’re not expecting the new season to arrive just yet. It only wrapped filming a couple of months ago, and a show like this can take six months of post-production. So, we could actually be looking at around March 2022 as a premiere date.

This would be around the time we expected. A lot of streaming shows take about 14 to 18 months between seasons. For All Mankind took 15 months and that was with COVID delays for Season 2 filming. There’s a good chance that it could keep breaks to a minimum under normal circumstances, which meant a March or April 2022 premiere date would be possible. It helps that Season 3 started filming when Season 2 premiered.

We’re still waiting for an official premiere date, though. If it is going to be around March 2022, it’s not going to be here in time for Droughtlander. We know Outlander Season 6 will premiere on March 6, 2022. It’ll run through March and April and potentially into May depending on breaks in the schedule. For All Mankind Season 3 will have a similar schedule but on Fridays instead of Sundays.
