Will Tobias Menzies be in Modern Love Season 3?

Tobias Menzies appeared in the last episode of Modern Love Season 2. If Modern Love Season 3 happens, will Menzies be in any of the episodes?

We don’t yet know if Modern Love Season 3 will happen. It is on the early side since the second season only just dropped. We’ll hopefully hear about the third season sometime later this month.

If the season does happen, our eyes are on whether we’ll get to see Menzies again. Wasn’t his episode with Sophie Okonedo just so darn sweet? If you’ve only ever been able to see Menzies as Black Jack or Frank Randall, his episode of Modern Love will change that.

Tobias Menzies probably won’t be in Modern Love Season 3

There’s some potentially bad news. It doesn’t look like Modern Love Season 3 will see Menzies return.

The series is an anthology one. Actors from previous episodes haven’t turned up in other episodes. They haven’t even returned as other characters, something that American Horror Story has normalized in anthology shows.

This doesn’t mean he definitely won’t return. There is always a chance that the creators will want to see him back as another character. There may even be a reason to do some sort of crossover between the episodes. That’s probably not going to happen, though.

What is Tobias Menzies doing next?

We’ll keep an eye on the plans for the Outlander actor’s career. Most recently, he has been in This Way Up, which is available to stream on Hulu. The second season recently dropped, and it’s certainly something worth watching.

Menzies doesn’t just do TV shows and movies. He also does stage work, and we’ll be keeping an eye on any plans there now that theaters are starting to open again.
