It’s time for a wedding feast in Outlander Book 5, Chapter 15

Now that Brianna and Roger are married, it’s time for the wedding feast in Outlander Book 5, Chapter 15. That wedding feast turns into something bigger and deeper than initially considered.

Jamie takes over the wedding feast to end the Gathering in style. This is the last time some people will see each other after all. It’s something Claire mentioned a couple of chapters earlier. It’s the only time Jamie really has to do this big moment.

It’s time to call the clans, including the Frasers of the Ridge. However, it’s far more than just calling of the clans. Jamie makes a promise to the people who will come to the Ridge and to those who mean the world to him. He continues to prove that he was born to be a laird, even if that was technically not the case.

There is certainly some foreshadowing in this chapter. There’s another big moment still to come in The Fiery Cross.

The chapter itself wasn’t really used in the series. Instead, the bigger moment still to come was the moment chosen. However, some elements of this chapter were used. The focus for the wedding feast was on the wedding feast and setting some of the bigger storylines to come in the season.

Let’s dive into The Fiery Cross Chapter 15.
