Is Men in Kilts Season 2 coming in 2021?

Now that we’ve finished the first season of Men in Kilts, eyes are on a potential second season. Could we see Men in Kilts Season 2 arrive in 2021?

We went on a wonderful journey around Scotland with Sam Heughan and Graham McTavish. They taught us about the history of the country, the choices of food, the tartans and culture, and so much more. We really got to see the actors’ personalities shine through as they interacted on their road trip around the country.

Of course, there were some elements of Outlander added in. We got clips of the series for the two actors, but we also saw some of the other actors on the show to share about the country’s history and their love for it.

Now eyes are on Men in Kilts Season 2. When will it premiere?

Is Men in Kilts Season 2 happening?

Right now, we don’t have any confirmation that Men in Kilts Season 2 is going to happen. STARZ hasn’t canceled or renewed the show just yet.

That does make predicting a premiere for the season trickier.

The truth is that we’ll probably not see Men in Kilts Season 2 in 2021. The season would need to film, and right now, Sam Heughan is focused on Outlander Season 6 filming. That’s likely to take until close to the end of the year, which makes it impossible to then film Men in Kilts in time for a 2021 premiere.

If the second season is confirmed, we hope to see it in 2022 instead. However, it could be 2023 depending on filming schedules, especially with Outlander Season 7 confirmed.

This is something we’ll keep a close eye on. We’ll be sure to update when STARZ confirms the potential future of Men in Kilts.
