Men in Kilts: New trailer teases lots of adventure with Sam and Graham
The official Men in Kilts: A Roadtrip with Sam and Graham trailer is finally here
Who’s ready to take a trip with Sam Heughan and Graham McTavish that’s like no other? I sure am! The Men in Kilts: A Roadtrip with Sam and Graham official trailer finally came out today and it’s definitely been worth the wait.
Check out the new trailer below:
Wow, where do I even begin? This trailer just screams “fun!” and I don’t know how many times I’ve watched it at this point. I’ve been excited about the new series since we found out it’s happening, but the trailer really exceeded my expectations.
Men in Kilts is the show I didn’t know I needed. Would you agree fellow Outlander fans?
The trailer teases all sorts of adventure for the Scottish duo as they make their way around Scotland in all forms of transportation—a camper van, bikes, and boats—to learn about the country’s food, music, and history.
But it’s not just about exploring the beautiful country, there are many activities too. There’s dancing, highland games, what looks to be some friendly sword fighting, drinking of course, and more. The almost two-minute trailer was packed with snippets of all the fun that’s to come!
And of course, I don’t think this show would be what it is without Sam and Graham teasing each other. We’ve already gotten a sense of their dynamic as they’ve been promoting the show, especially if you’ve read or listened to the companion book, Clanlands. I really can’t wait for all that back and forth to play out on our screens.
Confirmed air date and new key art
At the end of the trailer, we also get a confirmed premiere date for the new Starz show— Sunday, Feb. 14.
Some eagle-eyed fans spotted a TV promo about a week ago with the release date, but today is the first time it’s been confirmed by the network. Well, now I know what my Valentine’s Day plans are and who I’m spending it with. Who’s with me?
The Men in Kilts Twitter account also shared some new key art. Check out the three images below:
Sam and Graham have both mentioned one reason they wanted to take this road trip was to learn more about their country. And that’s what I’m really looking forward to. I’m a bit of a history nerd and I love learning about different places around the world.
Like many, I’ve also become more interested in Scotland since watching Outlander. What better way to learn about this beautiful country as the two dashing Scots entertain us? And it’s all during Droughtlander. What more could you ask for?
There will be eight, 30-minute episodes of Men in Kilts, according to Entertainment Weekly.
There’s only about a month until we all embark on this exciting journey! What are you looking forward to the most? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
Men in Kilts premieres on Feb. 14 on Starz.
