While Outlander is full of drama and heartbreak, the cast love to laugh. That’s evident in the Outlander Season 5 blooper reel.

The blooper reel, also known as the gag reel, is part of the Season 5 boxset bonus features. The Outlander Collector revealed part of the blooper reel for all fans to enjoy.

It’s packed with everything you’ve come to know and love with previous gag reels. Actors mess up their lines, stumble over their own feet, and hit themselves in the head with props. This one is made all the sweeter with one of the twin boys who play Jemmy MacKenzie laughing at John Bell as something happens.

Outlander Season 5 gag reel

The gag reel starts with Lauren Lyle messing up her lines. She gained a larger role in the fifths season than she’s had in previous seasons. As Claire starts to work on patients in her surgery, she realizes she needs an apprentice. Who better than her daughter-in-law who doesn’t mind the sight of blood?

Lauren is spotted in a couple of the clips from the gag reel released online. Sam Heughan, Richard Rankin, and John Bell are featured in other parts.
