5 standout moments from Claire on the Outlander Season 3 premiere

The Outlander Season 3 premiere marked a stretch of time with Claire and Jamie separated by the stones. On this day, the Outlander Season 3 premiere aired for the very first time, and we have to mark the occasion.

The premiere came after a long Droughtlander. The longest we thought we’d have to deal with. At no point did we suspect a Droughtlander would happen due to a global pandemic!

What an episode to bring the show back to us with, though! This is, by far, one of my all-time favorite episodes. It’s in the Top 5 when it comes to the series overall, and it’s going to be hard to knock it out of that.

Like with the current anniversaries of the Season 1 episodes, I’m marking the Season 3 anniversaries by looking back at the best moments from Claire and Jamie throughout the specific episodes. Here are Claire’s five best moments from the Outlander Season 3 premiere.

Trying to make things work with Frank

Claire tried to make things work. She tried to go on like nothing was wrong and like she didn’t want to go back to the past. She made promises, and she was damned if she didn’t keep them.

One of those promises was to Jamie. She promised that she would go back to Frank and raise their baby with him. Then she made a promise to Frank, to leave the past in the past; to leave Jamie where she thought he’d died.

It was never going to be easy. However, from the start of the episode, we see her trying.
