The Outlander fans are out in force pre-ordering Clanlands

When it comes to the Outlander fandom, we’re nothing but supportive of our actors. We want them to be successful in everything they do. And the latest project is Clanlands.

Clanlands has captured our hearts for a variety of reasons. The first is that it involves both Sam Heughan and Graham McTavish. The second is that it is focused on Scotland’s history, a character that came to life throughout the Outlander series.

Originally a podcast, Clanlands has become the series Men In Kilts, which will be on STARZ. It’s also a book, which is available to pre-order right now. The book isn’t going to be available until November, but that hasn’t stopped Sassenachs getting ready.

Most sold nonfiction books on Amazon

Amazon tracks the most sold books on the U.S. site. There’s a list for fiction and nonfiction.

Between Aug. 9 and 15, Clanlands made it to the list of most sold nonfiction Amazon books, claiming 13th place on the list. It’s an excellent position, especially considering this is based on pre-orders.

Right now, the book isn’t on the list for this week. That’s nothing to worry about. When the book is released in November, there’s a good chance that the book will arrive back on the list. After all, there will be many who have pre-ordered through sites that don’t belong to Amazon and some people will wait to buy the book instead of pre-order.

Keep in mind that this is only U.S. sales. The list doesn’t include the global sales and pre-sales. We know we have Sassenachs all over the globe pre-ordering this book.
