There will be a total of four episodes with the first airing this Sunday, Aug. 23 at 10 a.m. PT/1 p.m. ET on the Outlander Collector Facebook page.
The episodes will include all-new exclusive performances, Outlander Untold sneak peeks, and conversations with some of our favorite cast members and integral figures to the Outlander universe.
The first episode is Book Corner with author Diana Gabaldon and executive producer Maril Davis. They’ll be talking about the past six years of the show and answer fan questions. We’re also getting two special looks: a glimpse at Gabaldon’s ninth book, “Go Tell the Bees That I am Gone,” and a sneak peek of one of the Outlander Untold scenes.

According to Deadline, here’s the description of the next three episodes:
A Taste of Outlander: On Aug. 30, you can try your hand at making fish and chips. Author of the Outlander Kitchen cookbook series, Theresa Carle-Sanders, will be making the meal with actors Lauren Lyle and John Bell. The recipe is from her latest book, “Outlander Kitchen: To the New World and Back Again.”
The Music of Outlander: We’re all obsessed with the mesmerizing music of Outlander. On Sept. 6, series composer Bear McCreary and singer of the “Skye Boat Song” Raya Yarbrough will discuss their favorite musical moments from the past five seasons. Actress Maria Doyle Kennedy will also perform “Flower of the Forest.” And finally, we’ll be treated to an a capella version of the “Skye Boat Song” courtesy of the twelve original singers of the season 5 theme.
Catch Up with Caitriona and Sam: And for the big finale on Sept. 13, actors Caitriona Balfe and Sam Heughan will be having a discussion to catch up, talk about their favorite moments from the series, and answer fan questions.
