Bloodshot is coming to STARZ tonight

Outlander fans can watch Sam Heughan in Bloodshot soon

While Outlander will always be our No. 1 pick, we like to support our favorite actors in other shows and movies. Sam Heughan is in Bloodshot, and it’s heading to STARZ tonight.

There isn’t much longer to wait. The action movie will head to STARZ at midnight ET on Saturday, Aug. 8, just like Outlander does. That usually means those on PT will get it early. We’re looking at 9 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 7.

It doesn’t matter whether you watching it directly through STARZ or you get the app through one of the add-ons like Amazon or Hulu. You’ll get the movie tonight.

Is Bloodshot going to be for you?

One of the good things is you’re not spending money on a movie you might not like. You likely already have STARZ, since that’s currently the only way that you can watch Outlander Season 5. It’s also going to be the home of Men in Kilts, hopefully later this year. So, there isn’t much of a risk if you don’t know if you’re not going to enjoy the movie.

It is a very standard Vin Diesel movie. If you’ve seen Fast & the Furious, that’s about what to expect from this. The difference is that Bloodshot is based on the graphic novels of the same name.

Oh, and Sam Heughan. We have our Outlander star playing the role of a villain. Or is he a villain? Is he just being manipulated considering who the real villains are?

If these types of movies aren’t for you, you may only find that Heughan is the reason to watch it. I think it’s worth the watch to support Heughan’s acting career.
