Deadline is hosting an Outlander Virtual Screening and Panel
Don’t miss out on the Deadline Outlander Virtual Screening and Panel. It takes place next week, but you will need to RSVP for it right now. There’s still some time left.
It’s not exactly clear what’s included in the screening just yet. All we know is that Sam Heughan (yes, Deadline put “San” in the tweet, but let’s remember people are human and make mistakes!) and Caitriona Balfe are involved in a Q&A. Matthew B. Roberts will also be involved.
The panel will take place on Thursday, June 18 at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT. It will all happen virtually, making it possible for people all over the world to watch and get involved.
Register for the Outlander Virtual Screening and Panel
It’s important to register for the event. Anyone can do it. There’s no need to be affiliated with a group. You’ll then get a screening link for the day. This comes via email, so make sure you bookmark that email as it’s the only way you’re getting into the event.
The confirmation email still doesn’t share a lot of what’s to come. We don’t know what this screening is.
Something to keep in mind is that Outlander Season 6 hasn’t started filming. There is no chance of getting some exclusive footage from the new season, which is now set to start filming in the fall. However, there may be an exclusive clip from the DVD boxset, such as a deleted scene or the gag reel. These are popular additions to the boxsets.
It sounds like the focus will be on a Q&A with the lead stars and showrunner. This will give people a chance to ask about filming the fifth season, teases of what’s to come in Season 6, and more.
Don’t forget to RSVP. You’ll need to if you want to attend.
