Outlander Season 5, Episode 10 was mostly about Brianna and Stephen Bonnet. However, Jamie has some excellent moments. Here are the best three.

While Outlander Season 5, Episode 10 was mostly focused on Brianna and Bonnet, Jamie has some strong moments. It’s time to start our look backs at the episode with Jamie’s best three moments.

Most of the moments were ones of pride. We got a clear look that Jamie’s relationship with Roger has completely changed. The two have bonded in ways that we’ve waited all season for. At the same time, he was a dad, doing everything in his power to save his daughter.

These are my three favorite Jamie moments from Outlander Season 5, Episode 10.

3. Striking a deal with Roger

Roger makes it clear that he wants to kill Bonnet. This is something he’d told Jamie he wasn’t sure he could do, but now he is. Bonnet is his.

Of course, Jamie initially doubts that Roger can do it. Roger understands that, but puts up an argument about why he wants to do it. Jamie decides to strike a deal and make it clear that should Roger fall, he will avenge.

We moved past Jamie doubting Roger’s abilities. Instead, he’s there to support.

2. A look of pride

At the end of the episode, Roger is the one that takes off after Bonnet knowing that Claire will help Brianna. Jamie gets a chance to see Roger in action, taking out Bonnet so they can figure out what to do with him.

There’s a look of pride in Jamie’s eyes when he sees what Roger has done. Roger didn’t hesitate this time. Jamie can see that Roger is learning and he’s proud of everything Roger has just done for Brianna.

1. Going with Brianna’s wish

Jamie could have decided not to listen to Bree when she said she wanted Bonnet to go through the justice system. It would have been easier, really, for Jamie to sneakily kill Bonnet. Or even just to leave him on the island to live another day.

Instead, Jamie accepted Brianna’s wish. He knew that Tryon owed them a debt and now it was time to claim it. This had to be up to Brianna after all, considering she was the one sold to a man.
