Bloodshot is on DVD and Blu-ray in May 2020

You can already own it on Digital, but now you can pre-order Bloodshot n DVD and Blu-ray. The Vin Diesel and Sam Heughan movie is out in May 2020.

Sony made a decision to release Bloodshot early on Digital due to the movie theater shutdowns last month. Now it’s time to get ready for the DVD and Blu-ray release.

Bloodshot is heading to DVD and Blu-ray on May 5, 2020. This is earlier than expected based on the theatrical release date, but not all that surprising. The movie hasn’t had the chance to perform in the box office so Sony will want to make the money through DVD releases instead.

You can already pre-order Bloodshot through Amazon, which is where you’ll grab the Price Guarantee. You’ll pay whatever the lowest amount is up to the release date, and the price has already dropped considerably.

It is possible to order with two-day free shipping on Amazon, too. Other places to pre-order will have their own shipping rates. Just keep in mind that right now, many online orders are being prioritized to make sure groceries, medicine, and other essential items are getting to those who need them. Things may change by May, but it’s worth being alert just in case.

Of course, you can already own Sam Heughan’s latest movie on Digital right now. Sony released the movie on VOD early to help combat the coronavirus pandemic.

This is certainly a movie for Outlander fans. While the topic is most definitely not the Claire and Jamie story we’ve come to know and love, this is a chance to see Sam Heughan play a very different role.

Sadly, the movie wasn’t gaining great reviews from critics while it was in theaters. It holds a 29% score on Rotten Tomatoes. Audiences are a lot more favorable, giving the movie a 78% approval score.
