New Outlander Season 5 promo shows Claire and Jamie connected
If you were worried about distance between Claire and Jamie in Outlander Season 5, don’t. The most recent promo suggests they’re more connected than ever.
STARZ is continuing to bring some excellent promotion material for Outlander Season 5. The latest continues to remind us that Claire and Jamie are on the same page during the season; they are connected on a deeper level.
This is something that the latest promo, which Outlander America shares on Facebook, shows throughout. There’s a moment of Jamie dancing and Claire laughing, showing them both having some fun together. This likely isn’t at the wedding considering their clothing but while they are growing their militia as they move from settlement to settlement.
Then there’s another moment where the two are together with Jamie on a bed. If you’ve read “The Fiery Cross,” I’m sure you have your theories about where this moment comes from. I certainly have mine, and it involves a certain slithery creature. It’s one of my favorite parts of “The Fiery Cross,” so I’ve been hoping to see it play out in some sort of way during the season.
Jamie makes it clear that he will always love Claire. It doesn’t matter if they’re together or apart. It doesn’t even matter if he’s dead. And we know he means it, without even knowing the context of the scene.
Some of the other clips from the promo have been spotted in other promos, including one of Claire telling Roger that she hopes he and Brianna go back. Of course, first, they need to find out if Jemmy can hear the stones before they can consider that. If Jemmy can’t travel, there’s absolutely no way that Brianna and Roger would leave him in the past. However, regardless of how safe Claire is trying to make the time, she knows that it’s safer in the 1970s.
The newest promo certainly continues to get us excited for the new season. There’s not long to go now!
