Outlander Season 4, Episode 10 came in hot after two holiday weekends. Here’s a look at the continued upward ticks in the ratings.

On Jan. 6, 2019, Outlander Season 4, Episode 10 aired for the first time. It would continue the family together but end with major reveals and drama. Here’s a look back at the ratings from the episode to mark the anniversary.

The episode is one that leaves fans divided. Was Brianna right in slapping Jamie or not? Well, father or not, if someone called me a “w***e” after they knew I’d been raped, I wouldn’t hold back on the anger. It really is as simple as that.

But that’s not up for debate here. We’re looking back at the Outlander Season 4, Episode 10 ratings, which were good. In fact, they were excellent for the season, with the total audience ticking up to a new season-high.

The audience was up 14% and the demo up 35% from the previous episode, according to TV Series Finale. While some of that was certainly due to the previous episode being just before New Year’s Day, so around the time many would be with friends and family, that’s not the only reason there was such an upward tick. It was clear fans wanted to see what was next, especially seeing what Roger was doing after being beaten within an inch of his life by Jamie.

It was an episode with a lot of emotion. Fans still debate over various elements of the story. One thing is for certain, though. It was an excellent episode of Outlander Season 4.
