4. It’s something funny

While there’s certainly something great about dramas, sometimes you just need a movie or show that is for pure enjoyment. That’s what you’ll get with The Spy Who Dumped Me.

It’s a spy comedy. There’s nothing overly heartbreaking about it. You won’t find yourself in tears at our favorite loved-up couples being torn apart for decades.

You’ll be able to watch the movie without needing to think too much. While there is some foreshadowing and some plot lines to follow, you can put it on at the end of a long week at work and just laugh.

3. No book storyline to think about

Yes, there’s an enjoyment in Diana Gabaldon’s work, but many times, fans watch Outlander to see how the book storylines are developed. There’s anger when the exact storylines aren’t followed or when something different is thrown in.

You won’t get that with The Spy Who Dumped Me. It’s not based on a book. While watching — unless you’ve watched it already — you won’t have any clue how the storyline will play out. You can just sit back and enjoy without thinking “well, that didn’t happen.”
