3. Bee hunting with Brianna

After meeting his daughter, Jamie needed to find a way to bond with her. Bee hunting was the way to do that. We got to see him teach her something since Frank had already taught her how to shoot, and there was a chance for the two to open up.

I adored that Jamie never once spoke ill of Frank. As much as he was jealous of the man, he was also grateful. This man had raised Jamie’s daughter and there was nothing that Jamie wouldn’t give to Frank for that. After all, Frank didn’t have to do that and many men wouldn’t have taken Claire back after three years.

2. Meeting Brianna for the first time

This has to be one of the most highly anticipated moments of Outlander Season 4. Brianna and Jamie finally got to meet for the first time after everything that they’ve heard about each other.

It was a long journey for Bree up to this point, and her emotions were all over the place. All she knew right now, though, was that she needed the arms of her father. She needed to find him and that she did.

Jamie never once thought he’d see Brianna. He wasn’t okay with that, but he dealt with it. You could see the relief, adoration, and love he held for Bree the minute he found out who she was. The moment was everything from the books and there’s no doubt that it became a firm favorite for the majority of fans.

1. Giving Claire the new ring

There’s no other moment I could think of to be Jamie’s top moment of Outlander Season 4. There was just so much right about this moment. One of those “right” elements was the way that the ring was one of Ellen’s candlesticks. Both Claire’s rings have come from something that meant something deep to Jamie.

Plus, the ring was made by Murtagh. He knew the candlestick immediately, meaning this piece of work was something that meant far more to him. There was never a chance he’d run the risk of ruining this item.

While it was sad that Jamie’s ring was taken, I understood why that was the case for the TV show. It also made Jamie have a reason to give her a new and more permanent ring.
