Outlander Season 4 was a fairly strong season. While it had some weaker moments at the beginning, it was a season that picked up during it. Here are my grades for each of the episodes.

Outlander Season 4 has certainly left fans divided. For some, it’s just behind the first season and for others, it’s the worst. For me, it’s a strong season — one that got stronger as the season went on. Now it’s time to grade each of the episodes.

I work with a letter grade from A+ and down. It’s not often that I’ll give an episode an A+, but one does receive that grading from the fourth season. An A+ will exceed my expectations and leave me with a mixture of emotions. It will sit with me for weeks on end, as I break down everything that happened. It’s one that I’m more likely to put on when I just need something to watch.

Unfortunately, there are a few Cs and C-s in the season. The start of the season just wasn’t great in my opinion. I’ll explain my grading, going from worst to best. This will hopefully give you an idea of what I like to see from the episodes.

As a word of warning, I watch first and then read the books. That may skew my opinion but it’s the way I’ve found the show enjoyable. That will likely change for the next season but for now, it’s how I’ve been watching and enjoying.
